At Lattafa Pakistan, we strive to ensure your fragrance experience is exceptional by offering a 7-day return policy for unused and unopened products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are committed to providing a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the product and its original packaging.

  Verification Process

  Our quality assurance team will review your request to ensure the fragrance remains sealed and the security holographic sticker is intact.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup or Shipping

  Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your location or provide instructions for you to ship the item back to our central warehouse in Karachi.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Upon receiving and inspecting the returned bottle, we will process your replacement shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
